Dr. Susan Sykes, DC, is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with her own clinic - Advance Chiropractic & Health Center. In practice since 1989, Dr. Sykes specializes in a highly effective, yet unusually gentle, branch of chiropractic known as Sacral-Occipital Technique (SOT). She also has extensive training in the detection and natural correction of many health issues from fibromyalgia, digestive disorders and thyroid conditions, as well as brain disorders such as ADHD.
Dr. Sykes also utilizes acupuncture, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), massage therapy, therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, electrical stimulation therapy, Kinesio Taping and BrainCore® neurofeedback in her practice. Kinesio Taping is a Japanese taping technique which uses a special type of slightly elastic tape that promotes healing of specific skeletal disorders.
She is passionate about helping people achieve true health, eliminating pain and resolving health concerns naturally by honoring the body’s wisdom to regulate and heal itself.
